PERMA-BLOOD HAS BEEN REFORMULATED! Our new formulation keeps all of the qualities you loved but removes the parts you didn't! Perma-Blood can be thinned with water and still dries bright red, glossy, and flexible. Perma-Blood is now COMPLETELY WATER PROOF and much more UV resistant! Perma-Blood may look different in the bottle or while drying but the dried color will match. You may need to update your application techniques to get the same look as before. We have tested many variables but we can't test for everything so please email sales@palenight.com with any issues you may have with the new formula. ENJOY!
